Mr. Mukesh Thirani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate training and development. Currently serving as an Advisor in Learning & Development at Prem Motors—an organization with multiple Maruti, Piaggio, and Tata Commercial Dealerships across six states—Mr. Thirani has been an integral part of their team since November 2022. Prior to this role, he worked with the Department of Corporate Communications at Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. (a Vedanta Group Company).
Soft skills training has been Mr. Thirani’s passion for many years. He holds several training qualifications from the Training Academy of JCI University, USA, including an Excel Graduation Certification. His expertise lies in designing and conducting impactful soft skills training programs.
Mr. Thirani holds a post-graduate degree in Management with dual specializations in Marketing and Human Resources. His favorite training modules include Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Creating Customer Delight, and Enhancing Productivity.
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Thirani has conducted numerous training programs for corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and more. He has received widespread recognition and awards for his training skills from JCI University, USA. In addition to his training career, he writes poems, short articles on individual development, and speeches for dignitaries.
Among his prestigious assignments, Mr. Thirani has trained the commands of the Border Security Force, Assistant Governors of Rotary International at Rotary Conventions, attendees of Lions and JCI Conventions, Chartered Accountants of India, corporates, as well as students and teachers from schools, colleges, and universities.
He is also the author of the acclaimed book on public speaking, ‘Talk So That The World Will Listen’ which has been well-received by readers.
